保持线粒体健康的方式：
避免吃前面提到的损伤线粒体的食品。
多喝水，保持体内水分的充足，及时排出体内累积的毒素。
减少碳水化合物的摄入量，增加好脂肪的摄入量。与脂肪代谢相比，糖代谢产生更多的自由基。另外，癌细胞不能利用脂肪产生能量，对于癌症的治疗是非常有帮助的（请见之前发表的文章“看看西方医生是怎样饿死癌细胞、治好自己癌症的”，点击图片上面的蓝字“ACPN”，加关注，查看历史消息：2016年6月23日，即可看到此文）。
增加抗氧化剂的摄入量，包括维他命C、E、矿物质硒、辅酶Q10和多酚类抗氧化剂等。
增加B族维他命的摄入量。缺少B族维他命会损伤能量的代谢系统，即损伤线粒体。
