The first line medical approach to diarrhea on tarceva is usually immodium（易蒙停）, which, with the held of a doctor, can be slowly titrated upwards. When this doesn’t work, another drug such a lomotil （复方苯乙哌啶片，止泻宁）can be added (by prescription) as long as there’s no contraindication.
