Median PFS on first EGFR-TKIs in patients with T790M mutation was significantly longer than those without T790M mutation (447 days vs 239 days, p = 0.02)
吃易出现790突变的中位耐药时间是15个月, 无790突变的是8个月.

3922的实验，22个对象(18个alk,4个ros1). 评估了15个, 其中6个(40%)有确认的或未确认的效果, 有效的6人中5人是之前用过靶向的.5人有入脑.
